DuPont Kalrez perfluoroelastomer O-rings & parts

Kalrez® perfluoroelastomer parts are made by DuPont Performance Elastomers, and offer the utmost in heat and chemical resistance. Kalrez® parts are ideal for demanding applications in chemical processing, semiconductor, and aerospace.  They are available in standard or custom shapes.

The Kalrez® Spectrum™ family of perfluoroelastomer parts was designed to meet the increased demands in chemical and hydrocarbon processes. Kalrez® Spectrum™ meets different performance requirements to provide sealing performance needed for today’s more aggressive applications.

For Broadest Chemical Resistance: Kalrez® Spectrum™ 6375

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 6375 is suitable for use in mixed process streams because it offers the broadest resistance to chemicals including acids, bases and amines. With good mechanical and outstanding hot-air aging properties it is also recommended for use in hot water, steam, pure ethylene oxide and propylene oxide.

For hot amines, oxidizing media and ethylene oxide: Kalrez® Spectrum™ 6380
Kalrez® Spectrum™ 6380 offers extended service lifetime in chemical and hydrocarbon processes involving hot aggressive amines, strong acids, oxidizing media and ethylene oxide. This product has an upper service temperature of 225°C. It provides excellent overall chemical resistance and mechanical properties for static and dynamic sealing applications in these harsh environments.

For highest service temperature, lowest compression set: Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7075
Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7075 was developed specifically for the chemical and hydrocarbon industries for use in applications where improved thermal resistance is needed. It offers very low compression set, improved seal force retention and chemical resistance above the industry standard, both in high temperature environments (up to 327°C), and in temperature cycling situations.

For high modulus/low compression set and rapid gas decompression resistance:

Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7090
Kalrez® Spectrum™ 7090 is designed specifically for static and dynamic sealing applications requiring high hardness, higher modulus, and extrusion resistance at continuous service temperatures as high as 325°C. It is resistant to aggressive solvents, temperature cycling and rapid gas decompression.
